Exchange Policy

The exchange policy applies to online and in-store purchases. 

If you would like to exchange via mail please contact us with the item you would like to exchange for. Please input your information below to contact us or email us at cs@dianebsikini.com We will respond back to exchange inquires within  24-48 hours.

If you would like to exchange an item in-store please follow these directions.

Mail Exchange

Once you have been contacted by us regarding your new item follow the instructions below. 

  1. The only items that need to be included within the exchange shipment are the item(s) that you would like to exchange and a note that includes your order number and states which new item you are exchanging for or if you would like to be issued store credit. 
  2. Please feel free to keep any free gifts that were included.
  3. Ship your exchange item to our return address,116 Main Street, Huntington Beach CA. 92648. Customer is responsible for the return postage. We highly suggest to ship package with a tracking number. Diane's Bikinis is NOT responsible for any lost/damaged items during transit.
  4. Once we receive your item we will either issue store credit, which you will be notified of via email, or will send you a tracking number for your new item.

We will exchange the item(s) or issue you *store credit for a return, if your item(s) are returned in good condition, with ALL the tags still attached. ***Shipping charges with not be refunded.
